Delivery

Within Australia

Most orders leave our store within 24 hours* of payment processing. In most cases orders are delivered within 2 - 5 working days. If there is an availability issue you will be contacted. All orders are traceable and are sent with Australia Post.

International

Most orders leave our store within 72 hours* of payment processing. If there is an availability issue you will be contacted. If there is an extra cost due to an order weighing above our standard postage charges, you will be contacted. Delivery can take anywhere from 3 - 10 days.

Click & Collect

REDCLIFFE

We will send you an email once your order is ready to be collected. In most cases your order will be ready to be collected within 24 hours*. Any orders placed after 2pm Friday WILL NOT be processed until the following Monday. DO NOT come to collect your order until you've received an email to say it's ready.

Back Orders

If you have been notified that an item/s is on back order, they will be sent as soon as they become available again via Australia Post at no extra cost.

Return Policy   

You must download our Return Form to send back with any Returns. DOWNLOAD FORM

If your recent purchase with us didn’t work out, we offer Exchanges/Credit Notes on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If an exchange cannot be made, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the purchase less the postage. We do not issue refunds. Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
 
Items that are reduced and marked as SALE are FINAL and cannot be sent back to us. We thoroughly inspect all items before they leave our store, but In the unlikely event an item is faulty please contact us on info@whatsyourteam.com.au for further assistance.
 
Credit Notes will be issued in the form of an online gift card sent by email and are valid for 1 year. Returns will be processed within 2 - 4 business days of receiving them.
 
Send the item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving
your parcel with this form and a prepaid parcel for the exchange to go back to you in
to our returns address noted below.
 
RETURNS WHICH CANNOT BE SENT BACK TO US
  • Returned outside of the 14day timeframe (or 21 days for overseas parcels)
  • Worn, damaged (including make-up / perfume / washed) or tags removed
  • Items that are reduced and marked as SALE with a reduced price
  • Items that have been personalised
